Who We Are

Duke University’s Center for Neurodegeneration and Neurotherapeutics (DCNN) works to advance our understanding of neurodegenerative disease, with the expectation that such advances will offer opportunities for leveraging acquired mechanistic knowledge into substantive opportunities for therapy development.

The Duke University and the University of North Carolina Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center (ADRC) brings together leading researchers in Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias across two major research institutions along with their Eastern North Carolina partner institutions: North Carolina Central University, Eastern Carolina University, and UNC Pembroke.
